Best Buds provides purposeful and individualized work opportunities in a safe and nurturing educational environment for transitioning youth and young adults with disabilities. Our team of highly-skilled, collaborative, and dedicated professionals will work in partnership with the home, workplace, and community to build sustainable employment options for young adults, where they can develop lifelong essential skills. Through training and individualized job coaching, employees are taught both vocational and social skills. Our goal is to provide every employee with the opportunity for a meaningful work life in a supportive community.

Who Qualifies for our Best Buds Program?

Students eligible for special education who are 16 years or older and young adults with a range of disabilities including: autism, intellectual disabilities, emotional disabilities, multiple disabilities, specific learning disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, and other health impairments.
